Sansevieria Laurentii, or variegated Snake Plant, is probably one of the most popular staple indoor houseplants. It has pointy, sword-shaped green leaves with creamy white speckles and yellow edges. This plant is perfect for any home and office, as it is very compact and low-maintenance.
According to Chinese Feng Shui, Snake Plant can welcome eight virtues to enter the house: prosperity, beauty, long life, intelligence, health, art, strength, and poetry.
As a Snake Plant, Laurentii is one of the most effective air-purifying plants. Sansevieria species can remove common airborne toxins and clean indoor air.
Laurentii produces creamy, greenish flowers, but it is extremely rare for this plant to bloom.

Sansevieria Laurentii prefers bright to medium light, but it also tolerates lower light conditions. However, its growth is slower in shady spots. Avoid harsh direct sun to prevent scorching leaves.
This plant has a low watering need. Drain well after each watering. Water thoroughly and let the soil dry completely before the next watering.
Snake Plants are vulnerable to root rot, so they need well-drained, porous potting soil.
This plant grows best in normal room temperatures (between 65°F-85°F). This plant is not frost-tolerant and it does not grow well when the temperature drops below 50°F. Avoid high humidity.
This plant should be fertilized once during the growing season (spring/summer) with diluted houseplant fertilizer.
This plant is mildly toxic if ingested, so keep it out of reach of pets and children. -

All around helpful---worth the money!
Format: Paperback
This guide has been most helpful for all the folks I help prepare for the iTEP test! It gives insight into what each section of the test is looking for along with examples and great tips about actually TAKING the test. In the Writing and Speaking sections, it also gives sample scores and comments from the Master Grader which is very helpful too.

Comprehensive, clear and coherent!

The iTEP Practice Guide combines a no-nonsense approach to the specific iTEP tests and at the same time offers exercises that task the student with what they need to know. Exercises not only serve the purpose of scoring well, but the overall approach is communicative competence. We use the text in our group and one-to-one classes with very positive--and lasting--results.

Muy malo, no vine completo, además se demoró mucho más de lo que decía al momento de comprarlo. Solo aplazaban la fecha de entrega sin consultar cómo afectaba al cliente. Yo tuve que presentar el examen sin el libro, porque no llegó en la fecha que decía al comprarlo y después se cambió 3 veces la fecha, casi cumpliendo el mes.
